Alaska Moon

I know, it's taken a while to write

But the sun is shining later into the night

I'm doing well, I'm doing rather fine

I'll be going to asleep early tonight.

I'm going to sleep in another world

Alaskan Moon flying overhead

The birds are chirping in the sky

Set against the pastel blue and white

In the yard I'm doing rather fine
